Ingredients

  • One tin of cream of mushroom soup, you can also use chicken soup.
  • Chicken breast meat -2
  • Broccoli -5-6 florets
  • Rice- 2 cups
  • Paprika, ground pepper, and salt to taste.

Method

  • Keep a frying pan on the stove in medium heat and add a tsp of olive oil.
  • Keep two pieces of chicken breast meat.
  • Cook the chicken over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Boil some water and add two cups of rice. This measurement servesfour people.
  • Cook the rice for 10 minutes while the chicken is cooking.
  • Cook the chicken well, take it out and add a tin of cream of mushroom soup to the same pan.
  • Cream of mushroom soup has a rich flavor and makes a lovely base. Sprinkle on some paprika ground pepper and some salt.
  • In the meantime drain the rice and keep it ready.
