- One tin of cream of mushroom soup, you can also use chicken soup.
- Chicken breast meat -2
- Broccoli -5-6 florets
- Rice- 2 cups
- Paprika, ground pepper, and salt to taste.
- Keep a frying pan on the stove in medium heat and add a tsp of olive oil.
- Keep two pieces of chicken breast meat.
- Cook the chicken over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Boil some water and add two cups of rice. This measurement servesfour people.
- Cook the rice for 10 minutes while the chicken is cooking.
- Cook the chicken well, take it out and add a tin of cream of mushroom soup to the same pan.
- Cream of mushroom soup has a rich flavor and makes a lovely base. Sprinkle on some paprika ground pepper and some salt.
- In the meantime drain the rice and keep it ready.
- Add the cooked rice to the cream of mushroom soup. Give it a very good mix through.
- Add just half a cup of water. Throw some broccoli, mix it so everything is combined.
- Add the chicken to the above mixture. Sim the pan for 5 to 10 minutes so that the flavors has a chance to infuse and broccoli gets cooked.
