There are so many myths that surround us regarding how to eat healthily, that it can be a little bit disheartening sometimes. I’m going to start this article with one of the biggest food myths of them all. It’s the one that has stuck around for so long, and it’s the one that I have heard the most about as well as having heard it thrown around in conversations.

It’s the one that I would like to talk about now, and that is that you need to cut out saturated fat from your diet completely if you want to be eating healthily. Some people will tell you that you need to get rid of saturated fat from your diet completely, while others will tell you that the only reason you should eliminate it from your diet is if you’re a vegetarian.

That’s where they’re wrong. As a matter of fact, there are plenty of foods out there in the world that don’t contain any saturated fats, which is why there are some people who actually get heart attacks and strokes because they eat saturated fat. They can’t help it, and it’s hard to keep your heart healthy if you eat that kind of fat.

So in order to keep your heart healthy, and to stay away from heart attacks, you’re going to have to get rid of this fat completely from your diet. Now that you know what saturated fat is, and why you should eliminate it from your diet entirely, it’s time to move onto the next myth.

The next myth that you need to bust out is that saturated fat is bad for your heart. I’ve always found this to be a little bit of a lie because you’ll find that most of the saturated fats are actually monounsaturated fats, and those are actually a great thing for your heart. When you have a diet rich in monounsaturated fats, you’ll be doing yourself a big favor.

Monounsaturated fats are basically fat that contains two different kinds of fat in it, namely polyunsaturated and monounsaturated. Polyunsaturated fats aren’t good for your heart, and monounsaturated fats are good for it, but not nearly as good as polyunsaturated fats.

The next myth to bust out is that the high-fat foods that you might be eating now that contain saturated fats will harm your heart in some way, which isn’t true either.

In order to eat healthy and maintain a heart that’s also healthy, you have to be eating a diet that is rich in monounsaturated fats. By avoiding saturated fats, and learning more about the foods that you should be eating, you can learn more about your own body, how it works and how to eat healthily.

By understanding how your heart functions, you can also learn to change it in a whole new way, in order to keep it healthy, and happy for as long as possible. You’ll find that it’s not hard at all to change the way your body feels, and what foods are the best for your body, no matter what type of fat you have.

You will have to learn to be patient with this, it’s going to take time, and you might need to read up on what your body’s needs are, and then start eating foods in an entirely new way. You have to eat foods in the right proportions for your body, and you can’t just eat all the fat and have it do your heart any better. It’s very important that you have a balance of different kinds of fats in your diet. Eating lots of fish, lean meat, whole grains, nuts and seeds, legumes, and fruits are great ways to get all the right kinds of fat into your body.

Fatty foods are great, but they can be dangerous too. Eating too much fat is not bad, it’s just unhealthy. Learning about what fat is and what it does for your body is the only way to know when you’re getting too much.
