There are many different abs exercises, but there are only a few of them that you should do daily if you truly want to get your abs to perk up. The best abs exercises of all time have been described by celebrities like Martha Stewart and David Beckham. Here are some of the best abs exercises ever done.

The first is the abs crunch. This involves laying flat on a flat surface, knees bent, hands resting on both sides of your head. With a firm but gentle crunch, bring your knees back together until they meet. Hold this position for a few seconds, then repeat with the other side.

The second is sit-ups. This involves laying on your stomach with your legs extended and feet flat on the floor. Take one step to the left and take another step to the right, holding each position for ten seconds.

The third is leg crunches. Lie on your back with your legs out to the side. Slowly bend over as far as you can until you feel your knees locking.

The forth is oblique crunches. Lie down on your stomach, with legs out in front of you. Bring your hands up and back down to the position they were in when your head was in front of your chest.

The fifth is lying crunches. Lie on the floor with your hands resting on the top of your head and stomach. Now bring your palms together, as far as they will go.

The sixth is the same as lying sit-ups, but instead, you place your hands in front of your head. Hold these positions for ten seconds before slowly returning them to where they were previously.

The seventh is the same as standing crunches. Place your hands behind your head and rest your elbows on the floor, then bring your palms together. Hold this position for ten seconds before returning them to where they were originally.

The eighth is the same as lying crunches. Place both your hands behind your head and rest them against the back of your thighs. Hold these positions for ten seconds.
