Just before sleeping, there are certain drinks that can be taken for detoxification and fat burning. Such drinks also improve metabolism and fortify the immune system. 

The Green Fat Burner

This is a drink that burns fat and detoxifies the body. It’s to be drunk just before going to sleep. To make this drink, you need 1 cucumber, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, ½ lemon, 1/3 cup of water, and some parsley leaves. 

After getting all these ingredients, put them in a blender and get them blended into a fine drink. You can make it in large quantities and refrigerate it. This way, you won’t have to repeat the process every time you want to take a drink before bed.
