    Hi Karen,

    I’m not a bloater. But, like most people who enjoy eating new foods, my stomach sometimes punishes me when I get too adventurous.

    I’m not a fan of over the counter solutions. Besides, most of the time a glass of water mixed with baking soda takes care of whatever bloating I may have.

    If that remedy fails me, I’ll try some of your suggestions. Especially like the idea of drinking more tea…
